One of the main axes of development in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and health industries is the optimal use of resources and the treatment and reuse of wastewater and industrial waste water in terms of the increasing importance of environmental protection and the lack of water resources, the management of Top Clean Company preserves and sustains the environment and It has made water resources one of the main goals of the company's management. So that the ever-increasing expansion of the green space in the complex and the reuse of the treated wastewater in the central treatment plant unit in the irrigation department of the green space of the factory and industrial town have been put on their agenda.
For this purpose, the treatment plant of Top Clean Company was designed, installed and launched in 2016 with the help of Daneshbanian contractor.
Top Clean Company's wastewater treatment plant includes septic storage units, chemical storage ponds, garbage collection units, balancing unit (passage of time and buoyancy), flotation unit with dissolved air and biological treatment (activated sludge aeration), PH adjustment unit, unit Clarification and disinfection with chlorination.
And finally, the effluent will pass through the sand filter, active carbon, and the color, taste, and smell will be taken, and it will be able to be used for irrigation, agriculture, and absorbent well absorption.
